O Christmas Tree, O Christmas Tree...

Christmas is is less than 2 weeks away now and I'm finally feeling properly festive, if exhausted. The presents are made and wrapped, I only have two days left of work before I'm a free lady until its all over (the joys of being willing to work the Post-Christmas Sales!) and I'm ready to put my feet up and decide who makes the best mince pies . Even better, Mr O is cooking the dinner this year so I don't even have to worry about that!! Well except the desserts and other sweet things... 'cos thats my territory!!

For now thou, I have managed my tree...

Not much in the daylight - I wish we could get a real tree but its not a bad fake. Especially with the white and coloured lights, very 1970's! We don't have a lot of baubles yet, but we are slowly adding some - this year on holiday we picked up a couple of hand-blown baubles in Italy - which look great (the red bauble at the top is one - just placed in front of a light).

I love me a nicely flickering christmas tree.
